Watching videos won't change your life. A track will.
A course gives you lessons. A track gives you an order, a deadline, and proof you can point at. Six steps, and it starts with a conversation.

Start from the goal
First I need to know your real goal — a job, freelance, or your own business — and your situation: your time, your money, what you can actually commit to. Without a realistic goal you get lost. No single course fits everyone, so the plan is built around you. And we plan backwards, from the end to the start: if the goal is a million dollars a year, a job will not get you there — so the goal has to match the road. That is where a track starts.

Cut it into steps
Once the goal is real, we read what it actually requires. If it is a role at a specific company, that role needs ten skills — so those ten become the track, in order, each step small enough to finish this week. We keep breaking it down until you know exactly what to do today.

Prove each step
Every step closes with real data — a project, an exam, something you can show — not motivational words. That is how we know where you stand and what comes next.

Who is Ahmed Tarek Mourssi?
I am Ahmed Tarek Mourssi (أحمد طارق مرسي) — an AI product manager, software engineer and educator based in Dubai, UAE, and the founder of ashrhly.com. I have taught 3,000+ students across four countries, led AI and EdTech products end to end for companies and governments, and I write and teach under one idea: tracks, not courses. Most people just call me Ahmed Tarek.
Can I hire you as a product manager?
Yes — that is the day job. I take AI, EdTech and SaaS products from discovery to launch: the roadmap, the specs, the delivery, and the numbers afterwards. That has included a confidential Saudi government platform built around Matterport 3D capture, a national AI and Python programme with Udacity, and EdTech platforms reaching 10,000+ users across six countries. I am based in Dubai and work with teams anywhere.

Learning products that grow and show results: the curriculum, the platform behind it, teacher enablement, and the reporting that proves it worked. I have taught 3,000+ students across four countries, so the design starts from what a real classroom can run — not from a feature list.

What is a track, and how is it different from a course?
A course gives you lessons. A track gives you an order, a deadline, and proof you can point at. Same material, arranged around where you are going — which is the part a pile of tutorials leaves out.
Where are you based, and do you work outside the UAE?
Dubai, UAE. The work has run across the Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the United States, and most of it is remote — being in another country has never been the problem.
